Lorenzo is the founder of Plutus Finance Group and our Head Mortgage Broker, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of business and finance.
After spending 17 years in his family business, Lorenzo transitioned into the finance industry in 2021, combining his firsthand business experience with his passion for helping clients navigate the lending landscape.
Outside of work, he’s a proud father of two boys and a lively cocker spaniel. A devoted Essendon supporter, he’s holding out hope for their next big finals win.
Lorenzo holds an MBA from Monash University and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Isabelle Scribani Rossi - Relationship Manager
Isabelle joins Plutus Finance Group with a wealth of experience in property development, construction and investment.
After 15 years in the ANZ Commercial Property team, there's not much she hasn't seen before. She understands the market, has an incredible attention to detail and has dealt with clients from all walks of life
Outside of work, Isabelle is a busy mum of two lively young boys and has a passion for photography and travelling.
Isabelle holds a Batchelor of Property from The University of South Australia.
